Supporting parents with their babies sleep based on evidence-based information about normal newborn and infant sleep. Before any in-depth work together, I ask families to keep a sleep diary, tracking day and night sleep timings, and to complete an in-depth sleep history form to help build an accurate picture of the current and historic sleep situationS and identify areas to work on. All consultations - whether in-person or online, short or long, are followed up by an email documenting what was observed and discussed:
In-person or virtual chat antenatally about what you can realistically expect of your family's sleep once baby arrives
Discussing your current sleep situation and any concerns
Ensuring you understand normal sleep expectations for your child's age
Guiding and advising on gentle, developmentally appropriate strategies and approaches to support family sleep
Helping implement developmentally appropriate strategies as needed to support family sleep
Identifying other factors that may be influencing sleep and can be worked on - by me or by other signposted professionals
Prices:
1hr video/phone call - £80
At-home short consultation - £100 (plus travel cost if relevant)
At-home half-day visit to observe and discuss sleep situation and solutions - £200
Overnight visit to observe sleep situation or implement strategies - £250
Whatsapp or email support add-on (I aim to reply to messages asap between 8am and 6pm) - £50 for a week Monday-Sunday
Note: All consultation/coaching services include a write-up (email) of what has been discussed, recommendations etc.
