You do not need to pay to use this site.

We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the Site or any content within it now or in the future and reserve all rights to withdraw, suspend or restrict content as we see fit at any point and for any reason. However we will aim to, where possible, provide reasonable notice if the Site is to be suspended.

In addition to the terms laid out here, we never intend to exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be deemed unlawful including in instances of death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by the negligence of Ellie May Maternity or any agents or subcontractors connected with them. 

We are not liable to You for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity or of business interruption. In addition, as permissible by law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms, howsoever arising in contract, negligence or otherwise, is limited to £250.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the varied nature of the services and packages provided via Ellie May Maternity, refund policies are stated on the individual terms for each service. These individual terms must be read and agreed to prior to any advance payment for the services.

A contract of sale is deemed to be in place at the point at which you decide to purchase/submit payment (in full or a deposit dependent on the service) for a service. In the instance where you change your mind after purchase, you are entitled to a refund for the 14 days following the purchase, minus the amount of any coaching sessions or value received from that service during this period. Deductions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
