Due to the varied nature of the services and packages provided via Ellie May Maternity, refund policies are stated on the individual terms for each service. These individual terms must be read and agreed to prior to any advance payment for the services.
A contract of sale is deemed to be in place at the point at which you decide to purchase/submit payment (in full or a deposit dependent on the service) for a service. In the instance where you change your mind after purchase, you are entitled to a refund for the 14 days following the purchase, minus the amount of any coaching sessions or value received from that service during this period. Deductions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
